Digital Products (PDF Patterns)

All crochet patterns are digital PDF files. After completing your purchase, you'll receive your pattern in two ways:

• An instant download link on the order confirmation page
• An email with the PDF attached, sent to the email you provided at checkout

No physical shipping is required for digital products. You'll have access to your pattern within minutes of purchase.

Physical Products (Plushies)

Handmade plushies are shipped within the United States only. Shipping times vary depending on the product:

• Some plushies are ready to ship and will go out within 3-5 business days
• Made-to-order plushies may take 1-3 weeks, as each one is handmade just for you

The shipping timeframe will be noted on each product listing. Shipping costs vary depending on the item and are calculated at checkout.

Digital Products (PDF Patterns)

Due to the digital nature of PDF patterns, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a pattern has been downloaded or emailed, it cannot be returned.

Physical Products (Plushies)

Because each plushie is handmade, all sales are final. I put a lot of care into every item and want you to be happy with your purchase!
